David D. Ellis, President

Mr. Ellis offers over 15 years experience in energy and energy infrastructure management. He has for the past 7 years been responsible for development, implementation, and market expansion of the company's demand response and other related wholesale energy products. His role at Clean Power Markets is to develop strategies for product and service expansion in renewable energy compliance markets.

Dina M. Deana, Senior Program Manager

Dina is the Program Manager for the Pennsylvania Alternative Energy Credit Program and supports the New Jersey Solar and Behind-the-Meter Renewable Energy Certificate Program. She also assists with mid-Atlantic Business Development. Dina has over 12 years experience in marketing for engineering firms, as well as information technology design, allowing her to understand both the engineering behind solar systems as well as the importance of customer service. Dina is also a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and has a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University.

Nathalie Shapiro, Program Manager

Nathalie Shapiro is the Administrator for the New Jersey Solar and Behind-the-Meter Renewable Energy Certificate Program. She has worked in the energy field for the last eight years, managing large outreach and educational initiatives for solar, alternative fuels and energy efficiency programs. Nathalie has also developed collateral educational materials for use by the Sustainable Development Fund to address Solar Renewable Energy Certificates. Additionally she was a business development manager for an energy cooperative and also coordinated the Greater Philadelphia Clean Cities program, a Department of Energy-sponsored program working to displace petroleum consumption and promote the widespread adoption of alternative fuels.

Janis Pepper, P.E.

Janis Pepper is a strategic consultant to Clean Power Markets and has over 20 years experience in the energy business, focusing on the technical, financial, and policy aspects of renewable energy. She was a founder of Automated Power Exchange, where she designed and developed their green power business from April 1997 to May 2000. Since 1987 to date, Jan has operated her own consulting firm providing technical, marketing, and financial analysis to renewable power producers, utilities, and state agencies. She has also been retained as an expert witness for renewable energy projects regarding project economics and operations under utility contracts. She has a B.S. in civil engineering and an M.B.A., both from Stanford University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in California.

Frederick G. Davis

Frederick G. Davis is a consultant to Clean Power Markets and represents the company in mid-Atlantic business development activities. He is an energy policy and governmental affairs veteran with over 30 years of experience in the private sector and with federal and state governments. Most recently he served as Director of the Maryland Energy Administration – a position to which he was appointed by former Governor Robert L. Ehrlich. Mr. Davis started his career in Washington DC, working for 2 Members of Congress, and specializing in energy and economic issues. He then joined the Edison Electric Institute, the national trade association of investor-owed electric companies, as Director of Governmental Affairs. He holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from Bucknell University.
